Film Synopsis
Black Sex (1980) follows a married man who learns he must undergo a medical operation that will permanently destroy his sexual function. As he travels to Santo Domingo to find a woman he loved years earlier, his encounters and memories blur with paranoia and psychological instability tied to local mysticism. This Italian erotic drama blends exotic atmosphere, psychological disintegration, and fatalistic obsession while examining masculinity, mortality, and sexual identity.
