Film Synopsis
Batman (1989) follows Batman as he emerges in Gotham City to challenge organized crime and establish a new form of vigilant justice. As the Joker rises from the criminal underworld and launches a campaign of chaos using deadly toxins, violence spreads across the city and draws Batman into a direct confrontation. This superhero film blends gothic stylization, noir influence, and comic-book spectacle in an examination of dual identity, corruption, and the nature of fear.
