Arabesque is a ridiculous but still quite entertaining old-fashioned spy film that fits somewhere between the outrageous Ken Clark thrillers [FX 18 (1964), Agent 077 Fury in the Orient (1965), Mission Bloody Mary (1965), Special Mission Lady Chaplin (1966), Tiffany memorandum (1967), Fuller Report (1968)] and some of the less successful James Bond films.
