Synopsis
Angel (1984) centers on a high school honor student who lives on her own while secretly working as a prostitute on Hollywood Boulevard to support herself. As a serial killer begins preying on women in the neighborhood, her carefully balanced double life gives way to an increasingly desperate fight to stay alive. This crime thriller combines coming-of-age drama with urban exploitation, emphasizing resilience, identity, friendship, and the dangers hidden beneath everyday appearances.
