Film Synopsis
Agonizando en el crimen (1968) follows a young medical student named Jean whose dream of happiness collapses when his fiancée dies during surgery, leaving him grief-stricken and unstable. Driven by delusion and rage, he abandons his studies and embarks on a brutal killing spree that focuses on surgeons and surgical trainees, mutilating his victims to prevent them from ever harming others the way he believes they harmed his loved one. A determined police inspector begins tracking the grisly murders as the tension builds toward confronting the killer’s fractured mind.
