What if that date you thought would never end, didn’t?
After Hours (1985) follows a Manhattan data entry clerk who travels to SoHo to meet a woman he encounters earlier that evening, only to lose his money and find himself stranded overnight. As each attempt to return home leads to stranger encounters with artists, bartenders, and vigilantes, paranoia and absurdity compound his predicament. This American black comedy blends urban anxiety and surreal farce in a nocturnal odyssey of misfortune.
