Aatma (2006) follows a respected doctor whose life unravels after he is coerced at gunpoint into falsifying a death certificate for a murdered man, an act that invites supernatural vengeance. When the vengeful spirit of the deceased returns and begins to possess the doctor’s wife, the couple must confront the curse unleashed by his compromise and the escalating terror it brings to their family. This Indian horror drama blends ghostly possession and moral consequence in a tense tale of guilt and retribution.
