A brilliant but unhinged surgeon obsessed with Edgar Allan Poe offers to help a fugitive criminal in exchange for assistance with a twisted plan. His fixation on a beautiful young woman drives him to orchestrate a series of horrific events inspired by Poe’s macabre tales. As his sanity unravels, those caught in his web face a night of terror and grim consequence.
