Science runs amok to create a giant with two heads!
A mad scientist obsessed with brain transplantation grafts the head of a homicidal maniac onto the body of a mentally disabled man. The resulting two-headed creature escapes, unleashing terror as the killer half takes control. Blending sci-fi horror with exploitation thrills, the film explores the grotesque consequences of tampering with nature.
