A journalist witnesses what appears to be a brutal murder in a neighboring apartment but struggles to convince the police when the body vanishes. Her investigation leads to a former conjoined twin and a web of psychological trauma and medical manipulation. As she digs deeper, disturbing truths blur the line between identity and madness.
