Film Synopsis
Room 13 (1964) introduces a private detective who intervenes when a London politician’s former criminal associate threatens his daughter. The blackmail becomes entangled with a planned mail-train robbery while Scotland Yard investigates a succession of razor killings. This crime thriller combines a heist narrative with the sinister nightclub setting of an Edgar Wallace mystery, presented in black-and-white widescreen with a driving jazz score.
