Carol Anne is sent to live with her aunt and uncle in a Chicago high-rise, but the malevolent spirit of Reverend Kane follows her there. As supernatural phenomena engulf the building, mirrors become gateways to a terrifying dimension. Trapped between worlds, Carol Anne’s family and friends must battle the forces of evil to rescue her once again.
