A teenage boy discovers that the local mortician, known as the Tall Man, is stealing corpses and transforming them into dwarf-like slaves from another dimension. With the help of his older brother and a friend, he sets out to uncover the truth and stop the supernatural menace. Their battle against the Tall Man unleashes nightmarish visions, deadly silver spheres, and a fight for survival that blurs the line between reality and nightmare.
