Film Synopsis
Nowhere to Go (1958) follows a Canadian con artist who engineers a coin fraud scheme and hides the stolen money before accepting imprisonment as part of his plan. As an unexpected prison sentence forces him to escape early with the help of criminal associates, his attempts to retrieve the money unravel amid police pursuit, mistrust, and violence within the underworld. This British crime thriller centers on a fugitive trapped by his own criminal design, as authorities tighten their pursuit, with betrayal, desperation, and isolation.
