Film Synopsis
Lady in White (1988) recalls Halloween 1962, when a schoolboy locked in a cloakroom after school witnesses the apparition of a murdered girl and is attacked by a masked intruder. The encounter draws him into a series of unsolved child killings and a mystery surrounding a grieving figure known as the Lady in White. This supernatural horror mystery presents its investigation from a child’s viewpoint, using autumnal small-town settings and Gothic imagery to move between nostalgic recollection and mortal danger.
