Drink from me and live forever.
Film Synopsis
Interview with the Vampire: The Vampire Chronicles (1994) presents a vampire telling a modern-day reporter how an encounter in eighteenth-century Louisiana led to his transformation. His refusal to share his maker’s appetite for killing strains their companionship, while the creation of a child vampire binds them into an increasingly unstable household. This Gothic horror drama presents its two-century story as an extended confession, rendered through elaborate period settings and shadowed nocturnal imagery.
